in a small town

I never get tired of exploring small towns. My favorite one close to home is Vinland, KS. They've been having the Vinland Fair for 100 years now, and I finally made it for the first time. It was sweltering hot, but that didn't spoil the quaintness of this little event. I wandered through the display barn, had tasty piece of peach pie, and watched the antique tractor pull. Nothing like some small town fun to remind you what's really important in life. And, of course, I shot some photos, too.
