fall full of football

This is my favorite time of year for one simple reason - football. I can't ever get enough. My youngest son Connor is a sophomore at Free State High School and they kicked off their season this afternoon. It was a defensive battle with lots of fumbles and some great hits. Free State won 7-0. Connor plays cornerback and wide receiver. He caught a short pass over the middle and got jacked - he did a full 360 - but hung on to the ball. It's going to be a great fall. Sophmore games on Thursday, varsity games Friday, JV games Saturday morning, KU games Saturday afternoon, and the Chiefs on Sunday. Oh yea!
