When I got back into photography about two years ago, I became addicted to a cool little lens called a Lensbaby. At the time I was shooting exclusively with a Nikon D70, and the camera wouldn't meter with the Lensbaby 1.0 mounted. So, you just had to guess - which only added to the wonderful, unpredictable nature of the lens. There were so many cool surprises. I know I spend way too much time these days looking at pixels and tweaking images. So when I stumbled onto my Lensbaby folder of photos tonight - it reminded me that I should spend more time experimenting and wandering and enjoying the unpredictable side of photography. Here's a couple Lensbaby treats from several years ago.
